Queen Elizabeth II will tie [#48] Queen Victoria on September 9th, 2015, Wednesday, and pass her on Thursday.

Queen Elizabeth II will become the longest-reigning British monarch.  Also, the longest-reigning female monarch in history.  Already, the oldest monarch, since 2007, Queen Elizabeth II is 89 years old.
